JEFF ABRAM - As the President of SearchWest, Jeff is a true entrepreneur who continually seeks new opportunities for growth in this exciting and ever-changing industry. His extensive sales and management experiences as National Sales Director in the competitive food and beverage market have positioned Jeff to become an expert in the consumer and packaged goods industry. He is also very active in the Post Secondary Education sector as a keynote speaker at BCIT, SFU, UBC and local colleges where he helps new graduates with career planning, interviewing techniques and marketing skills. His community involvement spans from having served as Secretary at the Vancouver Kiwanis Club to volunteering with Junior Achievements Stay in School program. As past President of his Amateur Baseball Association, and as Head Coach of youth Baseball and Hockey programs, Jeff brings a positive approach and winning mentality to all aspects of his life. GARY McALLINDON - Gary is proud to be a member of the SearchWest team and will focus on a broad scope of recruitment needs ranging from Senior Sales and Operations Management in transportation and logistics, manufacturing, B2B, security, industrial and supply chain management. ANDREW PHILIP - Andrew joined SearchWest after a successful 16 year career in various Sales, National Marketing and General Management roles in the Beverage Alcohol industry. He hired and managed many talented employees and launched numerous new & innovative brands. Andrew was also a Senior Project Consultant for a Real Estate development company with industry associations including NAIOP, BOMA and ICSC. With a Business and Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario, Andrew will use his extensive business management experience and strong corporate relationships to direct Sales, Marketing and Operations search projects from the Entry to Executive level across a wide variety of industries.
